LAKESIDE CLUBHOUSE
The 14,000 square foot clubhouse is where residents and club members gather for dining, swimming, working out, playing tennis, or simply watching the sunset over Lake Ray Hubbard
PRIVATE DINING
The Chef and staff prides themselves on preparing some of the finest dishes in the Dallas area. The large bar overlooking the lake feature specialty drinks, an assortment of wines, and a fun casual atmosphere.
RESORT - STYLE POOL
The large lakefront pool has tanning ledges, large decks for entertaining, and pool side food and drink service.
FITNESS CENTER
The fitness center overlooks Lake Ray Hubbard which creates the perfect workout environment. State of the art equipment is available for members of all fitness levels. Group exercise classes, yoga, and much more are available.
TENNIS COURTS
The new tennis program at Heath Golf & Yacht Club has multiple courts. Center court is located on the lakefront with a viewing area for spectators. Special events, a well equipped pro shop, lessons, and leagues are designed to appeal to tennis players of ages and skill levels.
VOLLEYBALL
Sand Volleyball is played on the lakefront. The regulation size court is a favorite of homeowners and club members
COMMUNITY GUEST BOAT SLIPS
The club features a small number of guest boat slips for day use only. Overnight parking is prohibited. However, member and homeowners can use the slips to dock while dining, hanging out at the club pool, or picking up family members and guests.
ON-SITE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Linda Lyon Elementary School is part of the highly acclaimed Rockwall Independent School District. The school is located inside the Heath Golf & Yacht Club community. Students can easily walk or bike to school inside the community. Linda Lyon Elementary is one of the highest performing schools in the area!
WALKING & JOGGING TRAILS
Several miles of paved trails meander throughout the community. The trails connect many significant points throughout the 800-acre community including the lakefront clubhouse and Linda Lyon Elementary.
CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE
The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by renowned architect, Roy Bechtol. The course is a private course. It is only available to members and their guests, has zoysia tees, and Bermuda 419 fairways. The greens are TIF Eagle with zoysia collars around the greens. There are four tees for each hole. The sand trays feature white sand. Club Membership and Regulations are available by contacting the clubhouse at 972-552-6079
